The software will allow data collected from meters to be used to bill tenants of the property.
Bills are presented in an aesthetically pleasing and logically itemized invoice with consumption visualizations such as consumption-per-month over the last twelve months and a pie-chart of relative consumption for all meters serving a particular tenant.
It is possible to specify a different rate for electrical, water, and gas for each tenant and for separate rates for different time intervals of load levels.
It can also specify time varying rates such that a billing cycle which runs from the first of a month to the first of the next month may use a different rate for any day or range of days.

The software has switching capability to operate circuits and valves remotely as required. This capability may be integrated with logic or alarm based on another parameter.
The Switch also shows the locally operating mode as the message received from the site operation such that any operation conducted remotely is done only after knowing the last state of the switch as received from the site.
