Cultural Precinct
Cultural Precinct
Project Description
The Cultural Precinct in Perth, Western Australia, is a vibrant hub with rich pre-settlement history and a strong presence in the arts. This heritage-listed public space includes a gallery, museum, artist studios, workshop spaces, a restaurant, and a playground. Given the large crowds and extensive areas, the precinct required an advanced asset management and crowd control solution to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.
Project Summary
Arnowa was selected to deploy its AI digital twin-enabled solution to manage the cultural precinct’s expansive areas and large visitor crowds. The project focused on integrating accessible technology, including hardware, connectivity, and analytics, to analyze air quality and asset management while ensuring visitor comfort and safety.
Challenges
- Effective Resource Management: The precinct faced difficulties in managing its resources and assets efficiently.
- Building Health Monitoring: Continuous monitoring of the building’s health and environment was essential to maintain safety and compliance.
- Visitor Comfort and Safety: Ensuring a comfortable and secure environment for visitors was a significant concern, especially during peak times.
- Energy Usage Optimization: Efficient energy usage was critical to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
Objective
To deploy a smart ecosystem that leverages AI and digital twin technology to enhance asset management, crowd control, visitor comfort, and resource efficiency within the Cultural Precinct.
Solutions
